At 48 storeys high, it is one of the tallest residential buildings in Western Europe and is a beautiful and spectacular addition to Manchester’s skyline. The striking glass tower reaches 157m with a glass blade increasing the height to 169m. The development comprises 219 luxury apartments and a 279-bed Hilton Conference Hotel, featuring Cloud 23 Skybar on level 23. The scheme has won many awards including the RIBA Housing Excellence Award 2008 RIBA National Award - Beetham Hilton Tower, Manchester The Civic Trust Award 2008. Best Tall Building Council on Tall Buildings & Urban Habitat Urban Land Institute Awards for Excellence
